Terms & Conditions

Scope of Work

Care Electric LLC will perform only the work specifically listed in the estimate, invoice, or proposal. Any additional work requested by the customer that is outside the original scope may result in additional charges.

Drywall, Paint, and Finish Repairs

Care Electric LLC is not responsible for cosmetic repairs including, but not limited to:

Drywall replacement
Texture matching
Paint matching or repainting
Flooring repairs
Cabinet or trim repairs

While we may perform small patching where reasonably possible, perfect cosmetic restoration is not guaranteed and extensive repairs are the responsibility of the customer or others.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. Care Electric LLC reserves the right to stop or delay work for unpaid balances.

Existing Electrical Conditions

Care Electric LLC is not responsible for pre-existing electrical issues, hidden defects, outdated wiring, code violations, or damage discovered during the course of work. Any necessary corrective work will be discussed with the customer before proceeding.

Permits and Inspections

Permits and inspections are included only if specifically stated in the estimate or contract. Customers are responsible for providing access for required inspections.

Liability and Acceptance

Care Electric LLC shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from delays, hidden conditions, power interruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Approval of an estimate, invoice, or payment constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
